cmd: error: --start: unexpected EOL is not helpful

Needs to be case insenstive ([Yy])
or just an existence check [[ -v HAS_ALLOW_UNSAFE ]]

Currently unTab supports two features for the tabs section results:

1. Close Tab
2. Pin Tab

An addition of the bookmark tab in the form of a bookmark icon would be really helpful too.

If a specific sender type is set for a command, this is not taken into account for suggestions. For example, if the specific sender type is Player, our command will still be suggested in the console, even though console cannot execute this command.
