Federal Reserve Financial Services is committed to the continued development and evolution of the FedNow® Service by working closely alongside participating financial institutions and their service providers.
FedNow User Group
Federal Reserve Financial Services sponsors the FedNow User Group to facilitate ongoing education and information that supports live participants as they grow and evolve on the service. Participation topics include:
- Drop-in webinars to review new service functionality and information.
- Step-by-step overviews of testing opportunities and considerations.
- Operational tips that help organizations maintain the health of the network.
- Interactive work groups that discuss service opportunities and challenges.
- Interactive work groups that ideate new use cases and innovation.
Through each engagement, the FedNow User Group provides opportunities to connect directly with FedNow Service subject matter experts via a collaborative forum, ask questions and share best practices — encouraging ongoing learning from service experts and one another. The feedback and insights participants share also help inform the product roadmap and continued evolution of the service.
FedNow Service Advisory Committee
Federal Reserve Financial Services sponsors the FedNow Service Advisory Committee to provide a mechanism for deeper industry collaboration between Federal Reserve Financial Services and a rotating membership of small and large financial institutions and regional credit unions that are active on the service.
The advisory committee enables Federal Reserve Financial Services to advance industry adoption of the FedNow Service by identifying market needs and pathways to solutions that address industry challenges, contributing thought leadership and informed recommendations.
