Brutal Treatment of Pro-Assad Captives

The battle in Aleppo has intensified in recent days with reports that Syrian jets had fired rockets into contested neighborhoods and that rebels had commandeered tanks and other heavy weapons. On Wednesday, rebels themselves faced severe criticism for what appeared to be their brutal treatment, a  day earlier, of suspected pro-government gunmen.
