Chancellor’s Parent Advisory Board

Applications Now Open for School Year 2025 - 2026 

DC Public Schools (DCPS) is looking for parents and caregivers from across all eight wards to join Chancellor Lewis D. Ferebee's Parent Advisory Board for School Year 2025 - 2026.   

Every month, the Parent Advisory Board meets to connect 32 parents and caregivers with the Chancellor and provide the space to receive updates, ask questions, and talk with different DCPS leaders and teams. At these meetings, board members have the opportunity to learn about important projects and plans and share their thoughts.   

The application launches on April 7, 2025, and closes on May 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Applications are available in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Amharic.
