Clinton Sailing Club (CSC) 501(c)(3) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting active and fun community sailing. Our mission is to make sailing available to everyone, regardless of income level. We specialize in teaching kids and adults to sail safely and confidently on the beautiful waters in Clinton Harbor.
With CSC being a nonprofit organization, our program relies on donations from the community and we can really use your help to raise money for new sails. Right now we are facing a serious challenge: our FJ sails are falling apart!
Our current FJ sails are in critical condition. They are ripped, stretched out, can no longer hold any battens, and are unsafe for proper sailing training. These old sails make boats harder to handle for beginners, diminish performance and safety, and reflect poorly on our reputation. We purchased these FJ sails used during our founding year in 2016, and have not yet been replaced.
We urgently need to replace these sails, and we need your help. We’re aiming to raise $5,000 to move forward in upgrading our fleet quickly and affordably. Every donation helps, no amount is too small. Whether you’re a sailor, parent, local business, or someone who loves what we do, please consider sharing this campaign!
