Submit Maintenance Requests

DPR parks and facilities are maintained by the DC Department of General Services (DGS). DGS' maintenance responsibilities include but are not limited to facility repairs, landscaping, and janitorial services. The DC Department of Public Works (DPW) is responsible for collecting trash from the outdoor public trash cans in DPR parks. Additional information about public litter can service is available on the DPW Litter Can Collection and Installation page. You can notify DPW that a trash can needs to be emptied by calling 311, using the 311 app, or visiting 311.dc.gov.
