I was checking my clients procedure from start to finish and found out that Pricing plan checkout has the worst captcha activated. And there is no way to deactivate unless you deactive guest checkout.

The captcha version is the one where you have to press different squares of what an object is and is known to cause headaches and several tries.

Im a bit surprised that they have not fixed that since their other forms have captcha options. Not joking when a captcha like that could probably reduce checkouts with a double digit. It is that bad.

Thank you for your answer. They said they could do nothing, only that I should disable guest checkout which I guess kinda works. The alternatives you outlined works for the other type of forms but for some reason no option for “Pricing package”. Now they have to make an account which is a bit troublesome too.
