I see the text “Pink Store” at the top of the order confirmation in my test order email and cannot find anywhere to remove it. Also, it is listed as the sender while my company name is MamaRegelt. I have checked all settings, including company information, email settings, and the Wix Stores app settings, but without success. i have attached an image to show what the issue is.

Have you checked in the automations. View the email template that it is sending and adjust.
already did. Wix said that i need to change the name of the company and that will be the solution, but i already did this 2x times

You can also possibly try on your Wix Stores email settings page to reset the mail content to the default value.
This was the solution for my problem!
