Global Pre-Order Setting for Out-of-Stock Items

Is it possible in Wix to enable the ‘Pre-Order’ function for all unavailable items and set one info text that is applied to all of them?

As for the first portion of setting an item to pre-order when it’s out of stock isn’t an option so I would suggest requesting the feature as mentioned here: Wix Studio: Requesting a Feature | Help Center | Wix.com
