Question:
Why is my “See Payouts” page showing a blank white screen even though I’ve received form payments, and yes before you ask if I am sure, I have personally done it myself.

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to track payouts from form submissions on my site. I know for a fact money has been collected, I’ve seen successful form payments and done it myself but I can’t view any of the payout info. The “See Payouts” link on the Finances page just loads to a blank white screen. I want to confirm where the money is and that it’s heading to my connected account.
What have you already tried:
- Confirmed my bank account is properly connected
- Verified form payments are showing non-zero totals
- Spoke with Wix support over the phone (they acknowledged the issue)
- Submitted screenshots showing both the blank payout page and the payment confirmation
- Emailed support again, but responses are vague and don’t address the blank screen bug, and addressed something that was just implied in the screenshots

This is becoming urgent as I need to ensure the funds are being sent properly. If there’s a workaround or anyone has dealt with this before, I’d appreciate any help. I do not want to create products because that defeats the purpose of my form. Thanks in advance.
I doubt you’ll need to create products - this sounds simply like a bug with the dashboard loading.
Since you have a ticket open already, I’d encourage following through with it, since the team are best equipped to assist with questions related to things like this.
