logging: Create intermediate directories of log file path #319

Create directories ${HOME}/.local and ${HOME}/.local/share before creating
${HOME}/.local/share/clight directory as they do not necessarily exist.
This resolves issue FedeDP#318.

As mentioned in issue #318, the path
<home>/.local/share/doesn't necessarily exist on a system. In this pull request I try to create those intermediate directories before creating<home>/.local/share/clight/.This resolves issue #318.
