Abstract

В целях реализации задачи по разработке денежных знаков для наличного денежного обращения центральные банки активно занимаются вопросами продления срока службы банкнот и оптимизации затрат на их выпуск. Внедрение автоматизированных систем обработки банкнот позволяет получать данные для анализа и детального исследования факторов, вызывающих ветхость банкнот. Объектом данного исследования является банкнота наименьшего номинала – 500 тенге, которая имеет самый минимальный срок службы. В рамках исследования были проведены четыре лабораторных теста на устойчивость восьми банкнотных субстратов к загрязнению. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для увеличения жизненного цикла банкнот за счет повышенной устойчивости к загрязнению и выбора оптимального субстрата для банкнот наименьшего номинала. // In order to implement the task of designing banknotes for cash circulation, central banks are actively engaged in extending the service life of banknotes and optimizing the costs of their issuance. The introduction of automated banknote processing systems allows obtaining data for analysis and detailed study of the factors causing banknote deterioration. The subject of this study is the banknote of the lowest denomination – 500 tenge, which has the shortest service life. As part of the study, four laboratory tests were performed on the soiling resistance of eight banknote substrates. The results obtained can be used to increase the life cycle of banknotes due to increased soiling resistance and the selection of the optimal substrate for banknotes of the lowest denomination.
