[DONE] Obtain SVN karma and point SVN mails to general at attic
[DONE] i. Update website with Attic notice
[DONE] ii. Update the project DOAP file
[DONE] Remove from www.apache.org navigation
[DONE] Announce on announce at apache.org
Create issue for Infrastructure cleanup
