Submission Form
Any AASL Chapter Delegate may submit a Resolution on behalf of their AASL Chapter. Resolutions may only be submitted by official AASL Chapter Delegates.
For help in crafting your resolution prior to submission, please refer to the AASL Chapter Resolution Writing Guide.
Information you will need to complete this form:
- Name, email, and AASL Chapter representation
- Word file of completed resolution
For a Commending Resolution, you will also need:
- The name and contact information for the program, event, or product being commended
- The mailing address of the chapter representative to whom the commendation will be sent
