How do I look up or modify a user profile, or generate a list of users using the Admin Tool?

Managing your users can be done via the Admin Tool.

How

  1. Sign in to the Admin Tool.
  2. Click on the 'General' tab.
  3. Click on 'Search, View, and Modify User Profiles'. Here you can:

Option

Explanation

Search for a user profile

Enter a username or email address into the search box and click 'Search'.

View all profiles

Click 'View all'.

Export a list of users to a spreadsheet

Individually select the ones you want to export by clicking checkboxes or click 'Select All' and then click 'Export to Spreadsheet'.

Edit or remove a user profile

Click into the email address or username in the search results list. When the 'Edit user profile' page opens, make any changes you want, including changing the email address/username, or changing any contact information. Then click 'Save'.

To remove the user from your account immediately, click 'Remove this Membership' under User’s Group Membership Dates. You can also set a start or end date for the user’s access in this section.

Note: Remember to click 'Save' in order to retain any changes you make.
