How do I update my credit card information?
Last updated on May 05, 2025You can update your credit card information online yourself on https://www.us.elsevierhealth.com.
Please note: You can only change your payment method during an active subscription.
Follow these steps to update your credit card information during your renewal time period:
- Go to https://www.us.elsevierhealth.com
- Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
- Click on “My Account” in your account menu
- Click on “My Subscriptions”
- Click on “edit” below the red Auto-Renew button
- Click on “Billing Information”
- Click on the edit button to the right of “Payment Details”
- You are redirected to the payment page where you can update your credit card information
