    Pros: I cannot ignore the ease with which the user interface can be handled, I did not need extensive tutorials to be able to navigate within this platform. Even though it has advanced functions, there is no need to use all the tools that Jotform offers, everything can be done easily if you need to do simple tasks related to the creation of forms. It has a variety of templates that give me the ease of quickly choosing how I want to ask the questions, it also allows me to customize these templates and save them for future forms and even more so when the information is similar but with updated data or new information to be collected. I also like that the participants of the forms only receive a direct link to the form without the need for them to download anything additional or register, it is enough to simply fill out the form and once completed this is sent to the respective creators to later be analyzed according to the needs of each user. In addition, the form reports are fully detailed, thus providing a large amount of useful information for the subsequent data processing obtained by sharing the forms.

    Cons: I have not had any problems with this platform as it has been a pleasure to use. The only negative point I could see is that it allows coding in the forms but this can be confusing. Another problem, if you can call it that, is that you cannot create a collaborator to edit the entries as it is only possible if you are an administrator, which I do not find very convenient if you are working in a team. The cost would be a drawback as it is a bit high compared to other alternatives that meet the same characteristics as this platform.

    Overall: My overall experience with the platform has been pleasant. Jotform forms have allowed me to collect a large amount of information without having to use cumbersome paper copies and then transfer the information to the computer to perform the corresponding metrics. Apart from that, the forms can be sent to the participants once they have been completed, thus making it easier for the different employees to track them as well as the people who filled out the forms. Jotform has become one of the indispensable tools when it comes to integrating different platforms within our projects since it provides us with specific functions that speed up the work process and the completion of projects. In addition to integrating very well with project management platforms, it also integrates with the platforms that are linked to the projects, so everything is a great feedback thanks to the synchronization of information that it allows. So I can say that the integration with this platform within my company has been a very excellent overall experience.

    Pros: The creation of the forms was extremely easy, with drag and drop I can now add the different elements where the different questions of my form will be located. I have everything necessary to create forms, including conditional questions and questions that depend on the answers to other questions, this gives me a sea of possibilities when creating complex forms without having any limitation.

    I got good answers from Jotfrom technical support, I had complete customer service when I needed solutions to be able to correctly implement this platform within my company. The best of all is that the response time was too short since I sent my requests, when I sent my concern I received a ticket that companies with good technical support always throw automatically and after a couple of minutes I was already aware someone on the other side of the screen solving my concerns.

    It can be integrated with multiple platforms to achieve automation, thus being able to have a complex integration. In my case, I was able to easily integrate with MailChimp without a problem when sending forms to subscribers to be able to complete their subscription or registration within my internal system, thus being able to have potential clients to scale my company being able to reach more people.

    Barcodes can be uploaded to the forms, this is very important to companies that use coupons, discounts or offers on their products or for any other market research thing. Not only a barcode, but also some required proof or document that identifies the person who completes a form in case verification is required or added to a database, a basic example could be the registration to enter a company or the registry of a university tuition. There are many possibilities to use Jotform forms.

    Cons: One overly negative downside to this platform is the cost when comparing other sites that offer form creation and submission. It is too expensive, even for the basic plan it tends to be expensive for an average company, the number of shipments is minimal for the large amount of money paid monthly and the creation of forms seems like a joke. I would prefer that those who manage the Jotform platform rethink their prices because they are the least competitive in the forms market.

    The form templates are too sparse, making it not very intuitive to start with this platform when you don't have knowledge of how to structure a form well. The templates that Jotform has are very simple, anyone with basic knowledge of this platform could create something similar in a matter of minutes, so they should have more elaborate templates depending on the theme chosen to have more diversity and ease for users when using this platform for the first time.

    The tool that allows you to export data to a spreadsheet is not so practical when it comes to already having a pre-established template to do data analysis in Excel or some platform to display graphs of the results obtained. So I would like there to be a section on what to export and in what order each cell of the results information should go. In addition, I would also like the integration of Excel or some other data analysis platform, so that I do not have to edit everything manually, but rather it is an automated process.

    I would like it to include more payment widgets such as digital wallets in order to facilitate the payment process for people who manage the different payment methods that currently exist. For me it would not be a problem to receive a payment through Skrill when I implement a payment section within my forms, so not only base myself on the typical payments such as credit card or PayPal but go further and have a great diversity for my clients.

    Overall: Clients have been able to easily register when looking for real estate solutions within my company. With Jotform forms I have been able to store a large number of contacts with my clients and be able to share the data with the CRM team through integration so that my clients can have great support from my company.

    It has also helped me when visitors to my website register in the subscribe section to obtain more news regarding property offers, at the time of subscriptions I send my different subscribers a form so that they tell me the possible characteristics of future properties and thus have a closer follow-up and also know what you are looking for when you want to buy a property.

This is how I optimize the way in which I complete contracts with clients, since I don't have to go through tedious paperwork processes, but rather it is simply the clients who fill out everything and thus are sure that everything is correct. In addition, these documents are automatically sent to my company and in the event of a failure, the form can be sent again by editing the incorrect parameters and everything will return to normal.

    Likewise, I have been able to collect necessary documents from clients with simple steps with the forms of this platform since I do not need to send emails manually since everything is integrated with the email platform which the client only has to upload what is required and to my company only It would be up to you to review and approve said document in order to validate any transaction that is going to be made within my company between the different clients, both buyers and sellers.     Pros: Compared to other forms and form builders, Jotform is WAY easier to use. They make building forms very simple and if you want to design them to fit your brand... also very easy. I'd say they are like Canva for forms. The biggest pro though is that their forms actually work and so far without fail.

    Cons: The only con I've seen so far is integrating with Salesforce. We're actively working with JotForm to figure this out, but it seems to be more of a salesforce issue than Jotform. The only thing that would've been helpful is a heads up about how the salesforce integration needs earlier in the process. I didn't find out until I built my form and then tried to connect it that I found an issue.

    Overall: Because Jotform doesn't require Salesforce integration and can be a completely standalone product, I would recommend it to anyone, especially small businesses on a budget, who need to get a form up and working fast.

    Pros: I have tried a number of form builder software over the years but I love JotForm. It’s easy to use, naturally intuitive and nice pleasing interface. I use all types of forms and my clients love them too.

    Cons: Personally I don’t have any cons. It does exactly what I want. I’ve exhausted and outgrown my current usage so perhaps have more form use before next level.

    Pros: I've incorporated JotForm into several aspects of our small non-profit club. We've made forms for event registrations, club voting, approval-required signups, and venue rental processes. All training has been through the online tutorials and help resources. This is a robust solution to our many everyday process issues. Additionally the square payment integration has been a cost saver over our current high-fee website system. I also really like the integration capabilities.

    Cons: I often find better video tutorials on YouTube and the blogs don't flow very well.

    Pros: One good example is a sophisticated Thanksgiving dinner order form we built for a local restaurant. There were 9 options of entrees, sides and deserts and it had to be easy to use for customers who's average age is 65+. It was a huge success for the restaurant and super easy to use for the customer!

    Cons: The only thing I don't like about JotForm is the frightening alien cat-like avatar!

    Overall: JotForm is much more than a form tool. eCommerce, advanced boolean logic and branching are excellent. And it embeds beautifully as an html object in existing websites.

    Pros: We use JotForm as an online booking tool. It is easy for our clients to use and easy for us to edit. I have yet to have a form fail or glitch.

    Cons: Some of the built in widgets don't work as they are meant to. That being said, there are lots of alternatives so it's possible to find ones that work.

    Pros: The school I work at uses a Squarespace website and run our payments through Square. We had tried a number of things to integrate these two platforms, but JotForm is the only thing we found that worked. I really appreciate that we can embed the form into our website to make donations easy. We use the subscription function to allow people to set up recurring (monthly) donations.

    Cons: I wish we could create one form with both a subscription and a one-time donation function. We currently have two different forms for people to use depending on the type of donations they make.

    Overall: Once we get the form up and running, there's little to no maintenance needed, so I can attend to other things. I also like how many customizable features there are design-wise, since we try to keep our branding really consistent.
