ABSTRACT: Re: BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA Order Instituting Investigation And Order to Show Cause on the Commission’s Own Motion into the Operations and Practices of Pacific Gas and Electric Company with Respect to Facilities Records for its Natural Gas Distribution System Pipelines, the ORDER MODIFYING DECISION (D.) 16-08-020 AND DENYING REHEARING, AS MODIFIED document copy is embedded.  CONCLUSION For the reasons stated above, we have determined that good cause has been established to modify the Decision to correct typographical errors. As modified, rehearing of D.16-08-020 is denied because no legal error has been demonstrated.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. D.16-08-020 is hereby modified at pages 37 and 64 to indicate that December 31, 2011 is the correct end date for calculating fines for the De Anza records violations.
2. The table found at page 52 of D.16-08-020 is hereby modified regarding the September 24, 2014 incident in Fresno, to indicate that the total fine of $100,000 is based on 2 violations at $50,000 each.
3. As modified, rehearing of D.16-08-020 is hereby denied because no legal error has been demonstrated.
