Timber Sales

A critical part of the Forest Service mission is protecting and managing the national forests and grasslands, so they best demonstrate the sustainable multiple-use management concept. The Fishlake National Forest Timber Program treats overstocked stands to reduce hazardous fuels, while supplying a source of wood fiber to area markets, as well as a variety of projects designed to improve the health of Aspen stands.
