Maine Hire-A-Vet Campaign 2025
Welcome to Maine’s Hire-A-Vet Campaign for 2025. The planning committee is working hard to deliver yet another successful series of hiring events to connect Veterans, military service members and the general job seeking community to employers statewide.
Whether you are looking for your first job after your military service or seeking a much-deserved career upgrade, our campaign hiring events are for you. We will be kicking off the 2025 campaign at the Augusta Civic Center on August 14, 2025 with the opening ceremony starting at 10:30 am and our initial hiring event immediately following.
From there we will be heading just north of Bangor to the University of Maine Orono campus on September 25, 2025, then down to Saco at the Maine Sports Arena on October 16, 2025. We will be wrapping up the campaign at the University of Maine Farmington on November 13, 2025.
We can’t wait to bring the campaign to new locations and assist employers in connecting with all job seekers. For Veterans and military personnel, we will be offering complimentary haircuts at several of our events thanks to Sport Clips.
