UTAH COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY IS GOVERNED BY A BOARD MADE UP OF INDIVIDUALS APPOINTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UTAH SENATE AND THE SPEAKER OF THE UTAH HOUSE AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNOR AND CONFIRMED BY THE UTAH SENATE.
