Soft lighting, elegant furnishings and candlelight make for a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. Chef Eberhard Lange's culinary creations more than live up to the attractive setting: in his eight-course set menu (which can be reduced to six courses), he showcases his precise technical skill with classic dishes which he sets off with a modern twist.
