On May 30, Intealth®, in partnership with U.S. graduate medical education programs, proudly celebrates IMG Well-being Day, a national initiative created to recognize and support international medical graduates (IMGs).
IMGs are an essential part of the U.S. health care system and medical training landscape. This initiative builds on Intealth’s longstanding commitment to the well-being of IMGs in U.S. training.

Calming Everyday Anxiety Webinar
In this 30-minute webinar, Headspace’s Zoe Bancroft explores what everyday anxiety is, how it shows up in our lives, and how mindfulness and guided meditation can help manage it. The session introduces simple, science-backed strategies for integrating mindfulness into your daily routine, with a focus on practical support for moments of stress. Includes a brief guided meditation and tips for using the Headspace app.
