We had met Mull’s grey and cloudy early morning (I am not quite awake yet, let me be) face in the morning. It gave one quite a black and white view on life.
When the sun came out, the outlook became more cheerful and exciting, but with a remaining hint of drama in the distance.
We travelled from Tobermory to Dervaig and Calgary, stopping briefly near Carradale beach and the lovely art garden.
It was after 5; the light for taking pictures had improved but unfortunately the art cafe was already closed .
I did get a peep into the workshop however.
Onwards we went, towards the Eas Fors waterfall, passing Kilinian and Ballygown (don’t you love those names) on the way.
As we travelled the light became more and more dramatic
